The People Behind Tulipa
You know something has to shift.
You're just not sure who to say it out loud to yet.
For the woman holding it all together.
You look fine. Competent, steady, on top of it. And you're so tired in a way you can't quite explain to anyone.
Tulipa was built for exactly that exhaustion nobody sees, because you're so good at covering it. This is a place to stop performing okayness and start feeling like yourself again.
That's okay. Finding the right person is its own kind of work, and it matters more than almost anything else about therapy. So before you pick a name, let us tell you who we are and how we think about this because the fact that you're functioning doesn't mean you're fine, and wanting more than just getting through it isn't asking too much.
to empower women with the skills and resources to explore, breathe, and heal, so they can reclaim their confidence, feel grounded and in control, and create lives that feel deeply fulfilling and intentional.
our mission
Because when women show up for themselves and embrace their potential, they create a ripple effect, fostering stronger relationships, healthier families, and a better life for everyone around them.
What we believe
Whoever you work with here, some things stay the same.
We believe the relationship is the most important part; healing happens in connection, not in a worksheet or a diagnosis. We believe you don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out, and you don't have to perform being okay once you're here. And we believe therapy should actually help you feel different, not just cope a little better.
However you come to us, anxious, burned out, grieving, or just worn thin from holding it all together, you don't have to figure it out alone.
